Panchakarma removes 'ama' (accumulated toxins) from our bodies and helps to re-establish the flow of 'ojas' (vital energy of life).

3 Stages of Panchakarma allow for the complete release of ama:

Therapies of Rejuvenation
Abhyanga (stage 1 of Panchakarma)
When did you last experience complete relaxation? As the warmed herbalised oil is gently massaged into your body, your tension will melt away. Toxins in your body will also melt away with the natural flushing acheived through this customized treatment.
Swedana (stage 1 of Panchakarma)
As you are bathed in warm, herbalised steam, your body channels (srotas) will gently open to allow toxins & impurities to flush from the body.
Shirodhara (stage 2 of Panchakarma)
Enter a new realm of peace and relaxation as a stream of warmed herbalised oil is continuously streamed onto your 'third-eye'. Your central nervous system is deeply calmed as your mental tension is released, revealing clarity of mind.
Shiro-Abhyanga (stage 2 of Panchakarma)
Feel lighter and and clear-headed after this gentle face & neck massage, followed by a customized shirodhara treatment.
Nasya (stage 3 of Panchakarma)
Herbalised oils custom blended for your body-mind constitution are administered into the nose, where they will draw out toxins and impurities mobilized by earlier stages of Panchakarma. Regular Nasya keeps the head clear and maintains health of the eye, ear, nose & throat.
Basti (stage 3 of Panchakarma)
A herbalised enema draws toxins out of the body, while improving bodily health through absorption of the specialized herbs.
