A class inspired by ballet, it is a fusion of barre work, yoga, pilates, and sculpt. This class will lengthen, tighten and tone the body without the use of high impact cardio. In this class you will find and work muscles you never thought you had!
This is essentially our beginner barre class but don’t think that means we will take it easy on you or that you have to be new to barre to enjoy the class. Each class is designed to re-enforce the fundamentals and remove bad habits and body cheats that take away from the sweat.
This 45 minute class doesn’t have time to spare, so expect to get up and moving quickly. We cram in as much as possible into this express class, to ensure that heart never stops pumping and the body never stops flowing.
What to bring: water, grippy socks (mandatory) and your beautiful soul :)
Learn to kick some butt while getting your sweat on. In between polishing off your left hook and working on your round-house, expect to be flattening that ab with crunches/planks and throwing down some squats for a full body, high tempo workout.
What to bring: water, running shoes and your inner brawler :)
Utilizing resistance bands, body weight, light dumbells and pilates balls, mat pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled and precise manner to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.
What to bring: Plenty of that sweet H2O
