Brittany
Brittany Little My yoga journey began in 2007 as a social activity when I started attending weekly classes with friends. Over the last 5 years I have strayed from my practice at times, but have always been drawn back onto my mat. I believe that yoga is beneficial for all people and should be available to everyone - regardless of their age, sex, faith, economic status, or body type. I love to introduce people to what yoga has given me over the years: challenge, triumph, confidence, spiritual peace, physical & emotional well being. My classes include anatomical alignment as well as playfulness in the postures, physical action and mental reflection, traditional mixed with modern music, and little bit of humor.
Brittany is a Reiki Practitioner who is currently in her last year of Massage Therapy at Grant MacEwan University. She graduated from the 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program at Wellness Within in August 2012.
Jill
Jill Provencal "Yoga is ten percent theory and ninety percent practice" - Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois
I believe that everyone can practice Yoga, and that everyone should practice Yoga. My journey began about 15 years ago; it started slow but has become a very important part of my life. My practice evolved from a home based practice, to attending classes at various studios in Edmonton and Spruce Grove, and now completing the Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Program. I enjoy teaching people of all ages, and find that once a person becomes open to discovering the benefits of Yoga it becomes part of a life long journey toward good health. Yoga has changed my life, as it does for most people that practice
Keira
Keira Burgess Intrigued and inspired by all that yoga has to offer, Keira was introduced to yoga by a friend, and hasn't looked back since. With experience as a dancer in her youth, Keira found an immediate comfort in the physical connection of yoga. As her experience with yoga grew, so did her awareness of the beauty of the mental, spiritual, energetic and universal connections that yoga has to offer. Keira loves having the opportunity to guide others along the yogic path towards enlightenment.
