  • Yoga Flow, where we unite breath and movement in a dynamic and invigorating practice. Known as 'Vinyasa flow,' this style seamlessly transitions from one posture to the next, creating a continuous sequence that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. With each graceful transition, experience a moving meditation that cultivates strength, flexibility, and mental flow states. Our classes offer a variety of postures, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience every time you step onto the mat. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all levels are welcome to join us on this journey of focus, fluidity, and self-discovery.

  • Myofascial release using a massage ball is a self-care technique that helps alleviate muscle tension, improve mobility, and enhance circulation. This practice is ideal for relieving tension, increasing flexibility, and supporting overall movement health. Perfect for all levels, it’s a simple yet effective way to restore balance in the body.

Fitness

  • Our Barre class blends classical ballet principles with Pilates, yoga, and sculpt for a full-body, low-impact burn. Designed for all levels—no dance experience required—this class focuses on posture, alignment, and small, controlled movements to target glutes, thighs, arms, and core. Using the barre, resistance bands, balls, and light weights, you’ll challenge your endurance and balance through high-repetition, isometric exercises that build long, lean muscle. Expect to feel the shake, burn, and powerful posture shift of a dancer in training.

  • Barre Fusion takes everything you love about traditional Barre—glute burners, posture training, and small isometric pulses—and adds a more athletic, full-body edge. You’ll still use the barre, bands, balls, light to medium weights, and gliders but with stronger sequencing, bigger range movements, and an upbeat pace that elevates heart rate and builds endurance. Less ballet, more burn—this class is designed to tone, challenge, and move you with intensity and grace.

  • Our Sculpt class is a full-body, fitness-forward workout that blends the core awareness of Pilates with the strength and endurance of traditional resistance training. Using light to moderate weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on dynamic, high-rep movements that target glutes, arms, legs, and core. Expect an upbeat, music-driven pace that builds muscle endurance, boosts metabolism, and leaves you feeling strong and energized. Perfect for those who want a low-impact but high-intensity workout.

  • This classic mat Pilates class focuses on low-impact, core-centric exercises that emphasize spinal alignment, postural control, and deep muscular engagement. With a strong emphasis on breath and pelvic floor stability, Pilates supports injury prevention, muscular balance, and improved mobility. Light props like rings, bands, and balls may be used to enhance challenge and variety.  Whether you’re rehabilitating, building strength, or improving body awareness, this class delivers the therapeutic and functional benefits Pilates is known for—all while developing the powerhouse within.

  • This Pilates Fusion class blends the foundations of classical Pilates with a more fitness-forward flow. Expect intentional movement, breath-led cueing, and postural alignment—but with added tempo, dynamic transitions, and full-body sequences that elevate your heart rate. Light props like rings, bands, and balls may be used to enhance challenge and variety. This is Pilates with a punch—perfect for those wanting core stability with a modern, energizing edge.

  • Barre Beats is a rhythm-driven barre fusion class that moves you to the music and fires up your full body. This high-energy format blends the precision of barre with dynamic, beat-based sequencing for a sculpting session that’s anything but static. Expect a mix of deep pulses, bigger range movements, and cardio-infused combinations—all choreographed to heart-pumping playlists that keep you moving and motivated.
Using the barre, resistance bands, gliders, balls, and light to medium weights, Barre Beats delivers the burn, boosts your endurance, and elevates your mood—one pulse at a time.

  • This class is where focused strength training meets fast-paced cardio for a total-body workout that leaves you sweaty, strong, and empowered. You'll move through timed intervals, targeting different muscle groups each round using customizable weights and bodyweight movements—giving you full control over your intensity. Expect a challenging and efficient format that boosts endurance, builds lean muscle, and keeps your heart rate elevated from start to finish. Every class is different, but the goal is always the same: sweat hard, get strong, feel amazing.

  • This class focuses on controlled, purposeful strength training designed to help you build muscle, improve posture, and enhance overall body function. Each class is guided by music, with every track targeting a specific muscle group or muscle combination—keeping your movement intentional, focused, and in flow.

You'll begin with a dynamic warm-up, move into a glute activation sequence using resistance bands, and then progress through strength-building sets using a mix of free weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. The music helps guide pacing and energy, but the focus stays on form, alignment, and functional movement.

Perfect for anyone looking to train smarter, move better, and feel stronger with every rep.
