Trauma Sensitive

Our training prioritizes inclusivity and safety by incorporating a trauma-sensitive approach. We understand that individuals with trauma histories require special consideration to feel comfortable and empowered during their yoga practice.

By embracing trauma-sensitive principles, we equip future teachers with the skills to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment. This includes offering choices and modifications, delivering clear and consensual instructions, and respecting personal boundaries to prevent triggers and promote healing, resilience, and self-empowerment.
