Job Description

Wellness Within is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Senior Esthetician to join our health and wellness spa team. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who brings confidence, professionalism, and mentorship to the treatment room while continuing to focus on hands-on client care.

This position is not a management role. Our Senior Spa Manager oversees team management, scheduling, and operational leadership. The Senior Esthetician role is centered on clinical excellence, team support, and client experience, acting as a trusted senior presence on the spa floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional esthetic services while maintaining consistent treatment standards

  • Serve as a senior team member and positive role model within the spa

  • Support and mentor less experienced estheticians through peer guidance and example

  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to uphold spa protocols, cleanliness, and service flow

  • Build and maintain a strong repeat client base through education and personalized care

  • Represent Wellness Within with professionalism and warmth, both in-centre and within the community

Desired Qualifications & Attributes

  • Certified Esthetician with minimum 4 years of professional experience

  • Confident, reliable, and self-motivated clinician

  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • Passion for mentoring and supporting team culture

Compensation & Perks
