Rental Rates (minimum 2 hours)
Weekday prior to 4pm: $40/hour
Weekday Evening (after 3pm): $65/hour
Weekend: $65/hour
Weekend Full Day: $550 (9am-5pm) additional hours outside of this $75/hour
Please note that rental does not include any of the following services:
Advertising, Social Media, Promotion, etc.

Damage Deposit
Wellness Within requires a $75 deposit, that is refundable if the rental is not cancelled and the studio space is left in the conditions it was given.
Rental Fee
The Full rental fee is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
In person: Cash or Credit/Debit card.
Certified cheque: Payable to Wellness Within.
E-transfer: Sent to the provided email address upon booking confirmation.
Credit card authorization: The Organizer may complete a credit card form, and Wellness Within will process the payment.
All payments must be completed at the time of booking.

Usage Rules for Rooms at Wellness Within
- Room Setup: The standard yoga room arrangement does not include chairs or tables. If an alternative setup is required, additional fees may apply. The Organizer is responsible for returning the room to its original state.
- Area Restrictions: Activities must be confined to the rented space, washrooms, and designated areas. Hallways must remain clear.
- Signage: Signage may be placed in the reception area to indicate meeting details the day of rental. Location of signage must be Wellness Within approved.
- Food & Beverages: Non-alcoholic beverages and food are permitted. The Organizer is responsible for catering setup and cleanup.
- Office Items: Use of phones, desks, or other office items of Wellness Within staff and sub-tenants is prohibited.
- Designated Contact: The Organizer must appoint a designated contact person who will be on-site for the duration of the rental.
- Damages & Fees: Any damage to the space or failure to return the facility to its original condition may result in additional charges and or loss of booking fee.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Once the completed application and full payment are received, Wellness Within will confirm the booking via email. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the event. • The $75 Damage Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. • The $75 Damage Deposit is refundable only if the event proceeds as scheduled, the studio is returned in its original condition, and no items belonging to Wellness Within are lost, damaged, or stolen. Any missing or damaged items may result in additional charges beyond the deposit. • The room rental fee is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason or timeline.
Room Rental Policy & Conflict of Interest Clause
Wellness Within reserves the right to assess all room rental requests to determine alignment with our studio's core values. If a conflict of interest arises, we may decline the request.

In cases where a conflict of interest arises between the services provided by the renter and the principles of our yoga studio, we may choose not to proceed with the room rental agreement.
